• Mezzanine floor collaboration + meeting spaces
• Level 1 open office area - kitchen, amenities, personal offices and boardroom

Prolux worked alongside Geyer Valmont to deliver the new QCB branch and office space. This building being purchased by QCB underwent extensive internal modifications to suit a brand-new, modern retail banking branch with the upper levels fitted out with a smart, flexible mix of collaborative zones, open area work stations and private desks. The layout was custom-designed for modern, hybrid workflows to house the bank's local administrative and support teams.

Power and Communications: All power and communications throughout the bank branch, amenities and collaborative spaces were supplied and installed by Prolux, including cable pathways/support systems.

Lighting/Lighting Control: Supply and installation of architectural lighting throughout with a Zen Lighting Control System for maximum energy efficiency, whether it be timing of lights coming on, or the dimming of certain lights out in the field with ease.

Exit & Emergency: Supply and installation of the exit and emergency lighting in line with the design, ensuring all standards were met.

Switchboard Installation: New switchboards were installed to suit the new layout. This has also allowed the client to have the infrastructure required for a new and modern office space.
